Who does the work
Real Reveal was founded in 2026 by Douglas Fitzgerald to bring precision-measurement discipline to buildings, structures and parts.
Douglas Fitzgerald
Founder
Doug served in the U.S. Army from 2001 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012 he was a precision metrologist at Draper Laboratory, including government source inspection on defense guidance components.
In 2013 he joined Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology, where he helped build ZEISS's U.S. metrology-services business and trained more than 500 inspectors, machinists and engineers.
Real Reveal applies the same discipline to larger things: every measurement with its margin of error, tied to fixed reference points, kept in a record that can be checked years later.
