What one scan can become
A scan is the starting point. From the same data we build models and maps, check parts against drawings, score condition, find defects and keep a record you can check years later.
Each item is tagged: our own field work, methods we developed in-house, the founder's earlier experience, or work by our partner HISS. None of these are federal contracts.
From the field to files your team can open.
Buildings and sites in 3D
Laser and drone data turned into 3D models, aerial maps and point clouds for GIS, CAD or a web browser.
Example A complete inside-and-out record of a Nashville-area house, captured with HISS in 2026.
Large and complex interiors
Hundreds of scan positions joined into one coordinate system, so every room measures against every other room.
Example More than 600 scan positions inside a single house.
Aerial mapping and thermal
Thermal, multispectral and aerial LiDAR capture flown by our partner HISS.
Example Thousands of drone images processed into 3D models and maps.
Turning scan data into findings with numbers attached.
Inspection against the drawing
Parts and assemblies checked against their drawing tolerances on coordinate measuring machines.
Example Government source inspection on defense guidance components at Draper Laboratory, 2007–2012.
Condition scoring and forecasts
Each monitored item scored against its allowed limit, with the trend showing when it will reach that limit.
Example Illustration: a floor 9.6 mm out of flat (±1.2 mm) against a 15 mm limit has used 64% of its allowance.
Defect finding
Cracks, spalls (broken-off concrete), leaks, bowing, settlement and wear located and sized in the scan.
Example Tested on simulated rail, bridge and street scenes with known defects.
Results people can see, share and check years later.
3D viewers in the browser
Scan models anyone can open in a web browser, with no software to install.
Example Two browser viewers built from our scans (7.7 million and 5.0 million points).
Films from scan data
Fly-throughs and cutaway views rendered straight from the measured points.
Example Walk-through and cutaway films of a scanned house.
Records you can check later
Each job keeps a record of what was measured, when, by whom and with which instrument.
Example Every delivered file is listed with a digital fingerprint (checksum), so later copies can be verified.
